Essential Information

TREATMENT BOOKINGS

To secure your preferred therapist or ensure availability for evening and weekend slots, we recommend booking in advance. Many of our regular clients schedule their appointments 8–12 weeks ahead, particularly during the busy summer season and the run-up to Christmas.

ARRIVAL TIME

We kindly ask that you arrive at the salon 15 minutes before your appointment (10 minutes for regular clients) to allow time for parking and completing any necessary consultation forms. Please note that arriving late may shorten your treatment time, though the full treatment price will still apply.

DEPOSITS

Kelly’s Beauty Box request a deposit in order to secure an appointment. We will require 50% deposit at time of booking and the remainder of the treatment cost is paid at time of treatment in the salon. Changes to the appointment must be made in accordance to our cancellation policy.

CANCELLATION POLICY

A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel your appointment. Failure to provide 24 hours notice will incur a 50% charge due to the high demand for appointments.

MISSED APPOINTMENTS

Missed appointments hurt us and ‘No Show’ appointments will be charged at the full treatment price. Charges will be added to you client account and will need to be settled before any future appointments are made.

PATCH TESTS

If you are booked in for any of the following treatments, a patch test is required at least 24 hours prior to your appointment—this applies even if you've had the same treatment at another salon. We are unable to carry out the following treatments without a completed patch test: LVL Lashes and Tinting treatments.

CHILDREN

We kindly ask that you do not bring young children or babies into the salon. This is to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and to maintain the peaceful, relaxing environment our clients expect.

CLIENTS UNDER 16

For all treatments on clients under the age of 16, a parent or guardian must remain in the salon and complete a parental consent form. Clients aged 16 and 17 will also require parental consent, though they may attend their appointment without a parent or guardian present.

NAIL CARE GUARANTEE

At Kelly’s Beauty Box, we believe your nails should stay flawless! That’s why we offer our Nail Care Guarantee. If your nails chip within 5 days of your appointment, simply let us know, and we’ll fix them for free. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we’re here to make sure you always leave the salon with nails you love. Enjoy beautiful nails with confidence – guaranteed!

COLOUR LIBRARY

Do you find it difficult choosing a nail colour? Why not browse our entire nail colour collection online via our Colour Library and choose before you attend your appointment.

MOBILE PHONES

We kindly ask that mobile phones are set to silent while in the salon, and that conversations are kept to a low volume to ensure a relaxing experience for all our clients.

TREATMENT COURSES

Courses are available to purchase for selected treatments as indicated in the price list. All courses must be paid for in full and completed within the specified timeframe of either 6 or 12 months. Please note that courses are non-refundable and non-transferable. Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in 50% or 100% of the value of a single treatment being deducted from your course.

PRE-PAID APPOINTMENTS

Please note that Pre-Paid treatment packages paid for in advance have a 14 day cooling off period where you can ask for a refund if you’ve changed your mind. Unfortunately we do not provide refunds for pre-paid treatment packages which are cancelled after the 14 day cooling off period.

PAYMENTS

We accept all major credit and debit cards along with cash payments. Kelly’s Beauty Box reserves the right to change treatments and prices at any time without prior notice. We are unable to add staff tips to credit/debit card payments. For treatment course packages we offer the option to pay in 30 days or in 3 instalments via Klarna.

GIFT CARDS

Gift Cards are available to purchase for any treatment or a nominal amount of your choice. These can be used for up to 6 months from the date of purchase. For more information please ask in the salon.

LOYALTY SCHEME

You will benefit from a discounted loyalty treatment on every 5th visit to the salon. The loyalty treatments are selected each month and are emailed to clients who are subscribed to our mailing list and will also be displayed in the salon. The loyalty treatment can only be claimed if you have a stamped loyalty card and present this at time of payment.

PARKING

Parking spaces are available at Basepoint Business Centre. The car park is chargeable to the public but we cover the cost as a customer of Kelly’s Beauty Box.
